How can I fix my tv? RCA F27250BC?

I have a RCA model number F27250BC, Rca remote monitor colortrax XS Stero telvesion. My television has a hissing sound and the screen is blank/black as if it's not on. Can someone please tell me what is wrong. Thank you any help will be appreciated.
