Advise needed on Beko Dishwasher?

I have a Beko Dishwasher fullsize which is about 2yrs old. When it as finished its cycle the top rack pots are left with a food residue engraved into. It is not the food that was on the item when it went in because glasses come out with it aswell. I clean the filters regularly tried putting it onto pre wash which does help a little, do not overload.
Could you please advise of what we could try.

Hi Sue

I have a Beko 2341FW which does exactly the same - I have found that you have to more or less clean all of the food residue off plates, pans etc. before starting the dishwasher to ensure the dishes, glasses come out without being sticky. My one is just over two years old and now today, it just kept going (it was actually sticking) on and on - we have just realised the heating element has gone. The wash water is stone cold. Don't know if it is actually worth fixing as the call out charges are so expensive.
