If you can get hold of a Total Control universal remote, try this number:0194
If this does fail, then give the following a go:
Turn on tele and aim control, press the TV key,press and hold down Set Up until red light blinks once then twice, press 991 (red light blinks twice. Now slowly alternate between TV and power over and over. As soon as the tele turns off, press Set Up.
