I want to format my PC(Toshiba satellite A20)?

I have the recovey disk, but I don't how to format it without deleting my data

You can't format without deleting data.

What you need to do is to save your files onto CD/DVD etc before you completely erase (format) your hard disk and reinstall the Windows operating system using the recovery disk.
