I just ordered a heater for my HotPoint WM72 washing machine, as I got the error code E14 on the panel.

How do I exchange the heater with the new one?
What is the correct procedure?

I wonder if you can help me I have got the same Washing Machine as you now the problem I am having is that I have not got a users Manual for it, I have spoken to Hotpoint who have informed me that they do not do them no more, do you know where I can get a Manual from please ????.
