hi i recently bought a compaq 6720s with windows vista basic. It was an offer with AOL. Only trouble is i cannot find the product key. there is a sticker on the laptop with a product key sticker underneath but when entered this doesnt work. ive contacted aol and the response i got was that it was "a technical fault"!! so no help there then! can anyone help me find out the prod key or tell me what to do? much appreciated cheers Angela

cheers Terry for the answer but the ms office 07 was already inbuilt into the laptop when i received it i have searched in the manual for the prod key as there was no box for the mso but to no avail, have you any other suggestions on to what i could do? much appreciated. thankyou

The Product Key on the PC is for Windows Vista. The one for MS Office is on the CD or the paperwork that you got with the PC.
