can some 1 please help ive got a saxo 1998 the radio has been blocked and it is readin error the number on top of the stereo is 9623227280 and under neith the number it says DAD

If you haven't already fixed it telephone your local Citroen dealership and they will arrange a re-code. Ask what Identification is required, usually the registration document. Take the car down and they will remove or slide the unit out to get the code bank entry code for your unit. This is then put on a computer and the code/new code is returned. They enter it and give you a sheet with the new code on it.

I used to work for a nad Rover Dealer. W could supply radio codes providing we were happy with your bona fides. I guess other dealers can do the same.
