Simple!

Just store your files and documents on a usb, external hardrive or any device that stores File(s).

Reboot your computer by the following steps:

1: Shut down your computer. Keep on tapping the F11 button and press the on switch. If this does not take you to the reboot menu, do the same procedure but this time keep on tapping F12. (NOTE: If these two options still dont take you to the reboot menu call your computer company e.g. dell, toshiba,hp and etc and ask how to reboot your computer).
Additionally if you have a recovery CD this is also another way to reach the reboot menu.

2) After you reach the reboot menu click the appropiate options like insert cd to reboot computer.
So you insert the cd (if you have a cd)and click that option or you can directly click the reboot your computer manually.

3) Follow the steps the computer asks you and it will erase your files and softwares so your computer works faster and your computer will be working like a new computer.

4) You then upload your files and softwares back onto your computer and enjoy fast computer.

THIS IS ALSO USEFULL AND USED TO REMOVE TROJANS AND VIRUSES ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT TAKE LONG.

note: you may need to print this out due to long text

you need more memory, plus only have on your computer wot you need, you should only have at least 5 icons on your side bar, if you have more, the ones that you don,t need delete them, and you computer will run a lot faster.
