When I transfer info from hard disk to memory pen or floppy or cd I get the error warning "Target cannot handle this type of document". It still does the transfer. How can I remove yhe sign?

Microsft is aware of the problem is all you will find on this one.Even the hot fix which can be found below
http://hotfixv4.microsoft.com/Windows%20XP/sp2/PKG43414/2600/free/115798_ENU_i386_zip.exe Does not want to work,this is incidentally from microsoft themselves, so how are we to get around the problem? Ask Mr Bill Gates the same question and will he care? we shall see
