How do you know it is not working? Some models the fan doesn't work when the door is open but starts up shortly after closing the door. Why did you change the fan in the 1st place? Did you test it and was sure that it was faulty or did you just assume that because it was not working then it must be the fan? If that is the case then it hasn't fixed the problem.
