the engine is running, the car will drive, but the windows, mirrors, instruments, dont work, however if i keep turing the ignition on and off the car will have electrics after a few times of doing this. i have mercedes c180 elegance auto, nov 2000 1.8 engine.

disconnect then reconnect the battery it works for me good luck..

start at the battery & check all the wires are connected & tight,then check the fuses and plugs into the fuse box,then go under the bonnet, all high wire connections look for large wires, then check the wires at the back of the ignition, you will need somone to help, by holding the window button down, while you wiggle wires, if this does not work,find an auto electrition,they are not as expensive as people think, and they know things,we dont
