my logik 512 mp3 was working perfectly but since erasing all my old files it will not play the sound to the tracks that i am down loading and i am not doing anything different.the radio and voice recorder works so it is not the microphones,please help

I had the same problem, if you are using windows media player to load the tracks, then ad there is no sound. Then, the tracks could be protected, so you need to go to Tools and Options, rip music, and uncheck the box that says copy protect music. I then had to reload the entire library, back onto the pc- to transfer it onto mp3. (took hours!!)
