Where can I get my Philishave 980 shaver repaired?

Having charged the battery up on Sunday, a red light came on this morning, and the battery does not want to charge up. The shaver still works on the cord, but no recharging takes place. Where can I send the shaver for a replacement battery to be fitted.
Many thanks - Robin Hunt 01844-208256

I've just replaced mine. You can get the batteries from cellpacksolutions.com for £7 BUT be aware that the batteries are soldered in which means that the used ones have to be unsoldered and the new ones soldered into place. The circuit board has to be removed to carry out the soldering. If you are not up to the soldering buy the batteries and ask a local repairer to do the job.
