Where is the micro switch and how do you get to it.

There may be a single screw holding a collar in place which will need to be removed so that the pump can be lifted out. It may aslo be the switch at fault as well.

If it's the same as mine Ged the pump is under the toilet roll holder. It just pulls out, no screws or anything just ease the base of the holder out and the pump is directly underneath.
