A black area appeared in the middle of the screen with a blank smaller area inside, the black area isn't really a problem but the blank is really light & hard to see, so I took it to repair it & they told me that the screen is broken & can't be fixed, I knew that it couldn't be broken cause I was sure that I didn't let my Zen fall down or hit anything so I did the most stupid thing possible & opened it up without knowing what I was doing, I thought that it's okay since the seal is already broken cause I had it fixed earlier (the voice was mono).
Anyway the good thing is that I found out that there's no broken screen, the black area seems to be some kind of burn or something like that but there's certainly nothing broken, but the bad thing is that I seem to have done something wrong cause the screen won't work anymore (I'm sure that it has something to do with the fact that I accidentally got the orange wire that connects the screen with the board out of it's place & I can't figure out how it should be..)
Please help me! I'm in desperate need of someone to help me out here...

P.S: please forgive any language mistakes that I might have done cause English is my third language & I'm learning it by myself..

I have no answer but the same thing happened to my zen sleek. The display lights up but it no longer displays any script. I did not drop it. One minute it worked and then an hour later nothing! It plays music but I can not read it so it is impossible to scroll through songs or read the menu. Any input?
