power strearing went the breaks went spongey when i found a splite in the hydrolic pipe,filled it up with fluid and all the above has happond.What does need to put right?

you will prob find that the brakes need bleeding as it sounds like u have air in the brake lines, fairly standard procedure, air has prob got into system through a leaking pipe, this may also cure yr power steering prob as it all runs off the same system, would advise changing the l.h.m fluid and bleeding the whole system thru should flush out any air in the pipes also check all yr hydraulic lines for signs of splits beforehand and replace as req. yr local garage should charge no more than £100 to bleed it thru.

check for fluid leaks. wherever it is leaking it needs to be sealed, usually with a replacement part
