my fridge/freezer is leaking water from underneith the rear panel, upon inspection it has a frozen pipe which connects to a plastic cylindrical part which is where the water is being generated from, the pipe must slightly thaw and create small pools of water every now and then, how do i repair it, is it o.k. to maybe run a hairdryer over it or is it blocked and needs to be pulled apart and cleaned
