I drive a Mark 4 Golf gti that still has its original cassette player intact. I've found that the sound is okay while playing the tape in one direction, but when it automatically turns over, the sound become muted/muffled. I'd like to know whether this can be fixed, or whether its cheaper just to get a CD player.
