The door mechanism on my six disc emerson cd player jammed and will not open, probably because one of the discs was not loaded properly. How can I get it to open?
You will need to remove the outer cover of the player and remove the CD's from the inside or at least reposition them so they are not jammed. (Do this with the unit unplugged!) Power on and try to eject. Should work fine.
