my sukida commander 125 will not run?

hi all, my sukida was running fine then stopped running and has not run since, despite replacing the CDI unit I suspect the carb is now playing up but would appreciate a more experienced opinion many thanks

does it have a spark ?have you tried taking the plug out and resting it on the engine and pressing the start button?it should spark if the ignition system is ok.if its not soarking try a new plug and also the side stand switches are prone to going tits up

Dont know why you replaced cdi, weren't you getting a spark before that? are you now? if not then check generator, coil & leads for output & continuity, a multimeter is useful for this.If a carb suddenly starts 'playing up' as you put it, a piece of muck could have made its way into one of the jets. check the fuel tap/filter at the same time.
