my sukida commander starts sumtimes?

my sukida commander starts wen i charge the battery but not all the time its low on oil cud tht b why it wont start also does it have an alternator or cud it be regulator rectifier ?

well what ever is wrong with the battery effort you want to get the oil level right first,there is a charging coil in the primary coil assembly and a regulator/rectifier but i would first of all change the battery for a new one as its much more likeley to be a faulty battery than anything especially if it has a cheap chinses one on it,get a good one like yuasa/m.f /yumicron /varta or exide dont get another cheap one they are a false economy like driving ten miles out of your way for fuel 1p cheaper a litre.
