My frigidaire fre2422a fridge/freezer is no longer cold, the freezer has defrosted and fridge is no longer cold.

We've tried turning it off and defrosting it completely and changing the settings however nothing is working. The manual says something about a super freeze button? But this model doesn't seem to have one.
