My ferilli optima 2000 will fire up but as the boiler ignites it immediately shuts off and the ignition fail light comes on. It happens both on water and heating demand. Does anyone know what is wrong as i am unable to get anyone to call out at short notice

This sounds like its your flame sensing probe....not a big job to sort....hope this helps.
