How can I fix the ringtone in Telstra 6100 EXT cordless 0610000347 ?

I have 3 cordless telstra 6100 EXT cordless phones. one of the Phones ringtones cannot be heard when there is an incoming call, as well as when a call is transfered via intercom. How to rectify the problem?
