have lost some BBC tv channels TV/sat setup in France?

I have a SAGEM box that picks up signals from ASTRA 2 2A, 2B satellites. I can get a large number of channels, but over the last year have lost some BBC channels i.e BBC south east and BBC eastern. I think they should receive a signal at around 120.00 Mhz. The satellite dish in question is situated near Sarlat in the Dordogne- S W France. The system was installed locally last year. Is there anything I can do to get these channels back?

For royalty reasons, more and more Free To Air (FTA) channels are moving to narrow beams directed at the UK with little overspill. With the recent launch of Astra 1N you will find receiving FTA programmes outside of the UK will get worse.
