how can i repair?

how can i repair a fault on on the washer bottle not pumping water on chevrolet lacetti even though the pump appears to be operating

Try taking the pipe off from the washer jet and suck the water through then put it back on.

there is sometimes a filter where the pump is located,if ok check for blocked jets
