Saunier Duval F23e radiators get hot when using domestic hot water only?

I have a Saunier Duval F23e boiler. Few months back the radiators were getting hot when we were only using domestic hot water. I changed the reversing valve in December 2011 and the problem was cured.
Last week the same problem has started again. I just wonder the reversing valve can go faulty so quick or is there another cause which creates this problem.
Please help me.

Could be something jamming the valve, dirt in system etc could try a system cleaner, after rinsing out, use a system inhibitor to stop any corrosion in the system.
