the bobbin on my toyota SA45 RS2000 sewing machine will not turn?

i was using my sewing machine today and the bobbin would not turn, it was in correct position as always but it just stopped turning, how can i fix it? i can hear the noise the motor makes when i am usually winding a bobbin but it is like it is stuck and doesnt work. Its a toyota SA45 RS2000 sewing machine. I have already tried oil, to (unstick it) but it didnt work.

Hello Maddie,
If the bobbin winder does not turn when you are trying to wind a bobbin it will either be, oil on the winder rubber, the winder rubber is worn down on one side so not making contact with the balance wheel, the winder has seized completely because of lack of oil, you can check this by turning the winder spindle by hand with the winder in the off position.
