my vaccume plug is stuck inside the socket?

after vacumming with my dyson upright cleaner (15 animal) i tried to pull my plug out of the socket which is a double crome with switches but for sume reasons i cannot pull it out as though its melted inside or glued inside, please tell me what to do as i have no idea on electrics? an i ok to use the machine in this condition

Switch you're plugs of at the main switch board. Get a flat screwdriver (an insulated one) and lever the plug out of the socket.

no,you must get an spark to replace the socket and fit new plug on your vacuum,you have a loose wire in socket ,prob the nuetral ,
