I have a alpha 240e combi boiler and there are no lights coming on at all, have checked the fuse and plug socket- both are fine so its not that. When I turn on the hot water I can hear a click as though it's trying to fire up but still no lights coming on so the pilot light isn't on either. Any help much appreciated- im very cold!! :(

Do you have the manual for the boiler? Im guessing the pilot light needs re lighting.
