The DVD drawer on my Panasonic DVD recorder EX99VEB-K has been behaving erratically, first it kept closing and then immediately opening again without reading the disk (I've tried several discs) and now it has stuck half in-half out and won't move at all. It has a U61 error code message. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?
