since having a black box fitted by virgin, my toshiba tv sometimes carries on with the picture, but the sound turns into a continuous high pitched whine. We have to turn the tv off and back on again for the sound to return to normal.My tv is a toshiba regza model 32av 615 db and approx. 2 years old. Is the fault with the tv or the black box, Thankyou.
