On my cooker - if the power is interrupted and comes back on again the clock flashes and I can't use the oven.
If you set the clock - any time will do - it may well start working again - mine does.
I depress and hold two buttons on the left and adjust the time with the plus and minus buttons - then it all starts working again.
Your cooker may be different.
