Problem with my toilet pump?

I have an Elddis Autoquest 120 2008 The cassette toilet is a Thetford C402c or a C403c. The flush pump is not working but having read advice to others in this forum it would seem that power is getting to the pump, so I assume that the pump is u/s or the impellor is jammed. I cant find where the pump is, and the toilet roll holder is not removable Can anyone tell me where it is located please.

You're wrong twins your suggestion is miss information.
Thetford is better they make them.

As one caravan manufacturer said you wouldn't go to Fords to find out what the problem is with a Vauxhall would you.

Probably too late but:

The best for all Thetford toilets is to go to the Thetford website. www.thetford-europe.com and go through the site to get download pdf which covers all Thetford toilets just search for the model.
It is most likely the impeller has jammed they do when left in filled tank that's not been used for a while or a hard water area which causes build up of lime
