I have a morphy richards power steam elite that was working perfectly fine yesterday 17/7/15 but noticed the descale light had come on, I descaled the boiler as I have done previously but now im not getting any steam & I cant hear the boiler taking in water??? Only bought this last year!!!but cant find receipt!!! Is the pump broken & is it easily fixable?? Thanks for any advice.
