The replacement heads for these toothbrushes no longer click into place as one or more of the holding ridges on the toothbrush head wear away with use. Consequently the head come away as soon as the on switch is activated. This happens on both old and new versions of the Dentalux brushes and is obviously a design fault. Currently Lidl is not offering these toothbrushes for sale so I have to use waterproof tape to hold the brush heads in place.
