After a power outage I have an error message f245 on my Kyocera FS-C8520MFP. Most online help points at reflashing the firmware. The problem is that I'm on an island and there are no techs within a hundred miles.

I'm good at this stuff. I only need to lay my hands on the firmware. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Why not just contact Kyocera, explain your isolation predicament, the fact that instructions how to do the job are in the manual but that you cant locate the necessary file on any Kyocera support site and ask for it to br emailed or put on a file access site.
