How to fix my laminator, never used but just beeps at me?

Hello

I got this laminator Voyager A3 High-Performance Office Laminator by Fellowes. Had it sitting on a filing cabinet since 2011 unused, never even plugged in, as it was given to me and not needed at the time. So yesterday I decided to use it and it switches on ok, it has a manual and an autolam feature on the digital display. I press either one of those and the machine starts for a few seconds, and then beeps at me and displays a series of icons in the display screen as follows:
- a hand flashing
- then the hand with a triangle with an exclamation mark in it
- then a phone
- then some tools

I take all that to mean that I should call someone to get it repaired, but it's never been used and way out of warranty now so I was hoping to fix it myself. The manual is no help. I've searched the internet but found nothing useful, only this site.
You can see the laminator here in this youtube video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkTsR1JQTQc

Underneath the video it says:

The Fellowes Voyager A3 is a large office laminator with AutoLam pouch detection and speed adjustment which automatically sets the optimum speed/ heat combination for your laminating.

I opened it up but I don't know where to start. Thanks for any help
