When I send data to be printed I get a message saying "no paper loaded" when there is paper there. Removed paper and reloaded, pressed Start button and same thing happens again
You do not say that the feed rollers turn or not, what often happens is that the feed rollers fail to feed the paper because the tyre's are worn, get the rooler to turn and hold a piece of sandpaper against the tyre
