I searched for "Cannon Connemara manual" and found a link to a pretty hopeless Cannon website

The after sales service link for manuals simply doesn't work. Hopeless.

I did see there are a range of model numbers (depending on colour) so a quick search for "cannon C50GCIW manual" gets me to the manual:

Yu'll see ther is no battery mentioned but there IS a mains powered timer.
