I have a Siemens Bean to Coffee maker which is only 200 cups used.TK76K573GB
I have removed it from the unit to sell it and the buyer reports that the grinder does not work, but it worked when it was in situ. No error is coming up - just no grinding or movement of the beans.
Could this be because it is not in the built in unit and just on a table top? Can you help
