How to activate phone/Bluetooth on dal lf55 euro 6?

In the menu on the day lf55 euro 6 the phone icon is greyed out,on the same model truck but a year newer it is activated and can connect to your phone via Bluetooth, any ideas how to activate it?

sounds like your veh doesnt have the software ,or the ecu may be faulty ,a trip o a dealer should help

The info is not in the handbook only how to operate the Bluetooth.i first need to activate it as it is greyed out in the menu
