Trying to make sense of the gibberish.

Are you trying to tell us:

1) that all four of your turn indicator lights are flashing?

2) that all the warning lights on the dashboard are "on" as well?

3) that you can't turn any of the lights off?

Please confirm or, if your problem is different, please describe it using English
