I have a servis M7065-6s and the baskets on the bottom shelf keep getting stuck in ice.
I noticed a channel in the back wall (inside) with a hole which seems to be to drain excess water I have cleared this but it keeps freezing up.
the fridge does not freeze up,it is working o.k.
any sugestions??

My Servis fridge keeps freezing under the vegetable trays and is starting to smell inside the fridge. Smells like stagnant water, the smell isn't food related as iv checked.

have you cleared the hole completely? Condensation should be able to drain freely to an evaporating pan on top of the compressor
