air flow fault, boiler is in a lockout condition if the controls fail to detect the correct air flow through the appliance and the light will flash approx 5 times a second, the appliance will try to re-light after a waiting time of approx 5 minutes, check the flue terminal is not damaged or obstructed, if it doesn't start itself call engineer.
