I met Andy today at a midway point on the M40 services. He removed my sat nav, replaced the DVD player, checked it was operating correctly and discovered the "enter" button was not 100% so he replaced the front as well. The sat nav now operates perfectly and his charge was very reasonable. Great job Andy, thanks
