What capacity is a cup as per instructions ?

As I have recently purchased a second hand Pacific bread maker there is no measure cup with it .So it would be helpful to know what is the capacity of this cup

For a large loaf try:

Dried yeast: 1 teaspoon (5ml)
Strong bread flour: 475g
Sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons (7 1/2 ml)
Salt 1 1/4 teaspoons (6 1/4 ml)
Water: 380 ml

When the recipe refers to "Cups" of flour, this is a unit of volume and not necessarily referring to the measuring cup that came with the bread maker. A Cup of Flour is equal to 120 grams by weight. So if the recipe requires 3 cups of flour, you'd use 360 grams by weight.
