error code L5 on Sears Free Spirit treadmill. Sped up dramatically and stopped working. The fuse was blown. Repalced fuse, same thing keeps happening. Speeds up and blows fuse. Checked and adjusted that tachometer attachment, and it looks like it is in the right place. Any suggestions? Free Spirit model 122 309000.
