Lost Free to Air Channels on my 32"HD LED Smarter TV Android Kogan Model : Kaled 32QH 7000 SKA, it's not connected to Internet as I have'nt set that up. I was watching TV & it just turned off . Turned back on & could not get Channels back . Tried factory Reset a few time s but it tells me I have no connection

Is your local TV transmitter off the air? Is your antenna OK.

Failing that, try a power off reset: disconnect the mains supply.

Wait a couple of minutes.

Reconnect and try again.

As in
The set shut off completely ( no picture, no sound and just the standby light on)?
Or
The set shut off completely ( no picture, no sound and not even the standby light on)?
Or
The set stayed on but there was no picture or sound on all channels?

Please clarify

If the last one, the local transmitter may have dropped off the air. Happens to me occasionally.

Where on the planet are you? The make of TV suggests you are not UK based.
