I bought a Philips DTX 6370 set-top box second hand. I can add new channels, but if I try to completely rescan the channels it asks for the parental lock code. The seller doesn't know it. The manual says to contact On Digital to reset, but of course they no longer exist. Does anyone know how to reset this code without knowing the existing code?

I have an answer to my own question! I had left the On Digital card in the slot. When I tried rescanning without it in, it worked. Problem solved.
